It’s heartbreaking, but it happens.
Did you study for hours and days, only to fail in your exams?
Did you break up with your girlfriend and can’t find the strength to face the day?
Did you lose a family member that means the world to you?
No one is exempted from having the blues in life. Our problems and struggles will always take us by surprise. But we can still learn something from it.
Have you ever heard of the law of polarity? All forces come in PAIRS.
Yin and yang
Light and dark
Black and white
Sun and moon
Positive and negative
Everything in this world can be separated into 2 wholly opposite parts, with each part containing the potentiality of the other. In short, everything exists in duality, because everything co-exists with an opposite that is different in degree, but still identical in nature. In scientific terms, this is all called the “Wave Particle Duality.”
You must be thinking: What the hell does this have to do with life’s trying times?

My point is pretty simple.
If you’re feeling sad and shitty right now, it’s the lack of happiness that’s present. You shouldn’t focus on the negative feeling, because you know better than that. It has a polar opposite (a very positive one), that you could tap into. Instead of lingering on the sadness, try to think of its opposite, and focus on the wonderful feeling you get from it. REVERSE YOUR THOUGHTS and direct your mind into something good.

Life is funny that way. Sometimes, we experience extreme challenges that gets us to think, “What did I ever do to deserve this?”
That hopelessness, that struggle.. that will make us want to quit. BUT WE SHOULDN’T. Instead, we should live to fight another day. The fact that life’s trying times exist ONLY MEANS that its opposite of a BEAUTIFUL LIFE also exists, and it is up to us if we want to attract it for it to materialize, or focus on the negative side.
Either way, what we think, we attract.
Life serves us lessons the hard way. But do you stay down, or do you rise up? Let that sink in. For now….
