“Art should comfort the disturbed, and disturb the comfortable.”
As some of you may know, the Pinto Art Museum is an art sanctuary that is basically galleries in mission-style buildings. The 1.2 hectare place is amid beautiful lush gardens, making it appear natural, earthy, and rustic. This museum can be found inside a private subdivision in Antipolo, Rizal, and is the perfect venue for the contemporary & native art made by very, very talented artists. Not an exaggeration. If you see the art inside, you’d be amazed at the level of intricacy of each.
It may be theme park season this Summer, but that shouldn’t stop you from going somewhere else.

If the photo isn’t too clear, here’s the admission fee (to be paid at the Museum Shop).
- ADULT: P200
- SENIOR CITIZEN OR PWD: P180
- STUDENT WITH VALID SCHOOL ID/ 3Y/O AND BELOW: P100

Don’t just walk past their rules and policies. It is proper etiquette, that when visiting a place such as this, you need to familiarize yourself with all the rules. And how would you be able to do that if you don’t spare a few minutes reading what those are? It’s not like it’s up to #100. 🙂

Will be sharing with you photos of the place, the art, and of course, us. Haha.

You see, this place was once “Pinto Art Gallery.” It was fairly smaller 7 years ago, when there were only two gallery spaces.

This place is super big! But don’t worry. They hand out a useful map to get by.

Aside from the paintings, displays, and installations, the Pinto Art Museum is also a masterpiece on its own. The architecture/interior design are superb! If it’s not too obvious from the photos (because I don’t think I was able to share enough for you), the museums’ interior resembles colonial Spanish architecture with a touch of Mediterranean.
In fact, you can shoot your production project/s here.
